Reservation Required at Hanging Lake

Permits are required year-round and can be reserved at visitglenwood.com/hanginglake.

Peak Season (May 1 – October 31): Visit Hanging Lake by shuttle, hiking or biking. During peak season, personal vehicles are not allowed to park at the trailhead.

Off-Peak Season (November 1 – April 30): Visit Hanging Lake by personal vehicle, hiking or biking. During this time, parking a personal vehicle is allowed at the trailhead. A permit is still required for all visitors.
