The city of Durango has 18 vehicles that cover routes of up to 175 miles each day, including our fixed-route trolleys, a microtransit fleet, paratransit fleet and fixed-route minibus fleet.

Bus stops are marked with the Durango Transit logo. Please arrive at the bus stop at least five minutes early, and check the name of the route on the bus to ensure you are boarding the correct bus.

Durango Transit Opportunity Bus

The Opportunity Bus is a paratransit service operated by the City of Durango that provides transportation service to qualifying persons with disabilities, as outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act, and senior citizens aged 60 or older.

The Opportunity Bus is available for any transportation need - medical appointments, grocery shopping, trips to the recreation and senior centers, or meeting a friend for lunch, all qualify.
