Gunnison Library (West Spencer at Quartz)

Gunnison Valley Rural Transportation Authority (RTA) provides free regional bus service looping through Gunnison and heading north along Highway 135 to Almont, Crested Butte, and Mt. Crested Butte. The RTA Free Bus runs a loop through the City of Gunnison before heading north on Hwy 135 to Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte.

Bikes

Bike racks are available on RTA buses during the spring, summer, and fall. The racks can carry two to three bicycles and can be in high demand at times. Racks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and bicycles must be secured properly by the passenger. Bicycles are not allowed on the buses after dark.
