Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) operates a free bus system. SST utilizes 15 transit buses, four regional buses and one curb-to-curb paratransit shuttle to provide service to residents and guests.

Get from Point A to Point B with the tap of a button! Request on-demand rides using the Yellow Zone app or by calling 970-833-4438. The Yellow Zone services downtown Steamboat Springs and nearby neighborhoods. Transfers will be required to go to West Steamboat, the ski area or out to the condominiums.
The City of Steamboat Springs offers paratransit transportation service at no cost to those who are unable to independently use SST bus service, or other fixed route service due to a disability or health related condition some or all of the time. Seating is available for up to six passengers and an innovative floor design allows for unlimited securement combinations that accommodate a multitude of mobility devices from large battery-powered wheelchairs to the lightweight, wide-based sport chairs.
