Great for families and dogs, this hike has it all. Start out at a lodge going along the side of Piney Lake, then make your way along Piney River through pines and meadows. The trail ends at a small but beautiful waterfall.

There is also canoeing and fishing available through the lodge at Piney Lake. This trail remains very busy through the summer and into the fall.

A scenic route of its own, the long and rough drive up Piney River Road will lead you to a large parking lot on the right. Low clearance cars should drive slowly.
