Continental Divide to Boss Lake to Garfield

A long, and at times, difficult hike, with incredible scenery. Best done as a two car shuttle, and done clockwise.  I started this route on Old Monarch Pass Road, where the trail crosses the road (it’s well marked and obvious).  The start of the hike goes through the upper reaches of the Monarch Ski Resort.  The trail is well marked throughout. COTREX underestimates distances. My GPS measured this hike at 11.49 miles.
