American and Snow Lakes from the  Crags Campground Trailhead.

Day use parking at the trailhead is extremely limited. Do not park at campsites unless you have reserved a site.

This is entirely wthin State Forest State Park, so Colorado state park rules apply.

Dogs must be on leash.

State park entry fees do apply. America the Beautiful or other passes for federal lands are not valid.

Fishing is permitted at both lakes, with a valid and current Colorado fishing license.
