Dome Rock Warparty Overlook

Actual distance as measured by GPS is closer to 8 miles round trip (COTREX underestimates distances).  This hike has a lot of steep uphill travel both going out and on the return. The Warparty Overlook Trail is unmarked. If you follow this on the COTREX app, trust it when it says you’re at the intersection of Warparty and  Spring Creek and turn up the draw. The trail becomes evident after about 50’.  After that it’s pretty easy to follow.

This trail is only accessible from July 16 to November 30th. A hunting, fishing or State Wildlife Area Pass is required for all persons age 16 and above.
