Description

The Willow Fire, located approximately 6 miles west of Leadville, CO, started on June 28, 2026. Southwest Area Team 4, lead by Incident Commander, Andrew Mandell, assumed command at 7:00 a.m. on June 30, 2026.

For current closure and evacuation information, please follow Lake County Office of Emergency Management. We ask that the public respect the closures and evacuation area and avoid the area of Mt Massive and Hagerman Pass.
